HERE IS ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW All TDB and HTF attendees will receive Access Press Registrations for the Expo. This registration level allows access to all official Expo functions including evening networking and meal events. TDB and HTF members may also attend the business sessions, conference program, awards show, and have access to all open exhibit areas. 1. Invite is limited to the first 60 persons who respond. Limit 2 per party. 2. All interested persons are required to attend the scheduled events in order to qualify for the advertised room rate. Please be aware that you are being invited as journalists and that EMA would like participants to talk about what they see on The Digital Bits and Home Theater Forum upon their return. 3. Room rate applies to 7/16-7/19. Rates do not include any applicable taxes and hotel surcharges. There are a very small handful of additional nights (Sat-Sun July 14&15 and Fri-Sat July 20-21) at the same low rates if anyone is interested in extending their stay. We expect these slots to go fast so we cannot guarantee extra night availability at guaranteed rate. 4. Attendees are responsible for transportation and meals. 5. At Press time, we have 3 major studios committed to this event and anticipate more to join. All participating studios will be announced in a few short weeks via a Press Release through EMA.
